This is an exceptionally nice Black Wound Badge, and comes in its original presentation box. With the exception of some very minor rust spots at the hinge and the hook clasp, the black paint coverage is nearly 100%!

This is an exceptionally nice Black Wound Badge, and comes in its original presentation box. With the exception of some very minor rust spots at the hinge and the hook clasp, the black paint coverage is nearly 100%!
The original case shows normal shelf wear with the paper hinge having worn over the years from being opened and closed. These paper hinges were never meant to last, but thankfully the hinge alone does not attach the lid to the base. You can still open and close the lid just fine thanks to the piece of white fabric on the interior, which acts as a secondary hinge.
On the bottom of the case is the blue manufacturer sticker labelled, “Hauptmünzamt Wien III.”

Luftwaffe M35 Helmet – Reissue (former DD reissued as SD) with Rare Huber Jordan & Körner Decal
SOLD!This is quite a unique helmet in several ways. It started it’s life as a double-decal M35 helmet, and was period repainted (possibly camo paint) with the scarce Huber Jordan & Körner replacement Luftwaffe decal applied over the new paint. The decal in itself is a real hard one to come by, and with the soldier’s name applied to the tape on the inside only makes this one more special!
