You should hear back from us within 24-48 hours (typically). If you do not, please feel free to contact us via email at [email protected] as there may have been an error with your email address and/or telephone number when you submit your request and we’re having trouble getting ahold of you.
If you did not include photographs with your submission, you may be asked for more information in order for us to process your appraisal. Photographs play a key role as they provide visual elements such as condition and color, not easily communicated with words, and critical to an accurate estimate.
If you would like to provide photos, you may do so by emailing them to [email protected]. Please make sure and include the name and the email address you used when submitting your evaluation request so we can trace them back to your original request.
